Processing Time
- Please allow about 3-5 business days for any given order to be processed. Orders are processed chronologically as they are received.

Due to covid-19, deliveries may be slightly delayed depending on the local logistic department in your region. We hope that you lend your patience to us and our distributors as we try our best to ensure each order is being delivered successfully.
Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. The estimated shipping time for destinations in:
- Canada and United States: 5-10 business days
- Other Countries: 7-18 business days
- Please note that the above estimated shipping times exclude any processing/handling times. These shipping times are estimates and due to variables in delivery times, and due to us no longer having control over the packages once they are shipped out, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times.
Shipment to your address
- You choose the address that works best for you (your home or office or the home of a friend or family member).
- The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.
- We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
- Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
